My wife and I are really enjoyed a great vacation down at Disney World visiting Epcot Center. Epcot Center was fascinating to me because one of their exhibits has you sit in seats where the whole auditorium moved around. The first room we moved into was a completely black room and they started with, “In the beginning there was nothing and it exploded.” Then they started showing lights flashing across the ceiling above us and planets starting to be formed in the heavens. The lights and display of planets were beautiful and intriguing.
I wonder how many people ever took a moment to ponder what Ellen DeGeneres actually said, “In the beginning there was nothing, and it exploded.” Nothing exploded. In all of observable time and space no one has ever seen the concept of nothing exploding but for some reason this is where some people would rather start. They would rather start by saying there wasn’t anything and nothing created everything.
I don't have that much faith, so I think we should start with what makes more sense in the beginning of time and matter there was something. This something has to be something other than matter since He created matter. He has to be outside of time since He started time according to Einstein and more powerful than space. Since all of these things were created by him.
What's interesting about that, people often say things like why would God, create the planets? Why would he do this? Why would He do that? I would like you to stop for a moment and think, have you ever done something because you wanted to? I find it fascinating that in the beginning God made the heavens and the earth. So even now today stars and galaxies are being created? Why because it is an awesome statement of his ability to create. Take a moment and look on the internet check out some of the unbelievable beautiful sights we can see through telescopes that we have today that shows the beauty that exists in the universe and remember some people want you to believe that it started from nothing? Every painting tells us something of the painter look at the paintings in the universe. It tells you someone is pretty powerful and creative. If you like these images
