Recently it was reported that thousands even tens of thousands of tests for covid entered a “backlog” and just were unable to get processed into the system and are now being processed. The governor has assured us that the data processing problem has been corrected and we are now on our way to getting the data back on track. He has assured us that even with the data being added in now, it will not affect the projections that have been made that our numbers are on the way down and will continue to do so.
Really, you can assure us that the numbers will continue to drop?
How can you assure us?
Ten of thousands of records are being added back in and if the numbers were in fact random test results isn’t it likely that the numbers could go up or they could go down if the test results were in fact just the result of some tests being added in with some positive and some were negative? Or maybe they weren’t just random tests that were not added to the system but actually a group of results purposely withheld to gain a specific result.
Let’s look back to what recently happened in California. Our Governor declared that the data proves that we MUST make some changes because the “data” is showing us that it is true that we are testing more so we are finding more covid cases but that is not the number that we need to look at. He daily reminded us that we need to look at the percentage of those being tested are showing positive test results. Meaning out of the quantity of tests given, we are finding more of those people are “actually sick.” Like the robot from lost in space, he sent out a “warning Will Robinson, danger, danger.” We were all to be afraid because the percentage of those getting sick are going up and we MUST do something.
What do the numbers look like and how does the percentage go up? So what the Governor explained is this, if we test 100 people and find 4 people got sick our percentage of illness is 4%. Nothing to worry about. What happens if we test 1,000 people, will we find more people sick. Probably because we tested more people and out of 1,000 people, we found 40 were sick. OH NO! Panic more people in our society are sick! But our governor assured us nothing to worry about because 40 people out of a thousand is still just 4% sick people.
But our percentage of sick people were going up and therefore we must close our restaurants, gyms, malls, churches from all indoor activity. We are not just testing more we are finding more people getting sick!

Let suppose that we enter into the system that we performed 10,000 tests and we enter the results that 500 people were sick out of those 10,000 tests. That would show our percentage was now 5%. Oh no! Our percentage is going up! We do 20,000 and 1,400 people are getting sick. Oh no! Our percentage is going up! It is now 7%, close the businesses! How could I get these results? All I would have to do is create a “backlog” of tests of people who were not sick entered into the system. If we actually tested 30,000 people and found 1,400 were sick, our percentage would actually be 4.6% not the 7% that was presented. If I instructed my people to just slow down entering the results of non-positive test results just a little, I could achieve the results I needed. But you say no one who actually purposely do that!
Really, who does it hurt if we close the businesses? The workers? The Governor has made it very clear that he is working VERY hard and along with his relative Nancy Pelosi to make sure the displaced workers will get their unemployment checks from the government so they will be fine. But who pays the owner of the business? He pays the rent on the building, the electric bill, the water bill, the employment taxes, the unemployment taxes, the supplies and then if there is something left over, he pays himself. So when there is no money coming in, he does not get paid. And all the stimulus money that he has been offered has been allocated to make sure he pays that money to his employees, or rent to “keep him a float” but where is any money for him? It has been offered to him as a “loan.”
His pay is a loan from the government. He is either strapped with more debt or he is out, no more entrepreneur.

No one would purposely hurt entrepreneurs? Really? Let’s look at Portland, Chicago, Seattle, New York. There are protests going on the streets that are stealing from business owners, smashing windows, burning businesses and it is not being stopped. These “protests” are even being described as being “peaceful” and yet deaths are even occurring and the police are even being restricted from using non-killing methods to disperse these “peaceful” riots. Do you realize that insurance policies often exempt themselves from paying for any property damages or loss of goods in the event of riots? YEP, who looses big time in these destructive riots, entrepreneurs. Insurance companies often do not pay for the smashed windows; smashed by rioters and the governors know this so they have said that business owners are now able to apply for loans from the government to get their businesses going again.

And now these business owners will no longer be free men, but are indebted to the government. Do you see a trend here? Either be in debt to the government (dependent on government) or give up your business.
California governor is not literally burning our businesses to the ground, he just might be manipulating numbers to close the businesses that “he” decides are not “essential.” But the gym owner in Ramona needs his business to feed his family. It is “essential” to him. But he is not essential to the governor. Is he essential to his customers? Let’s see. If people work out, endorphins happen and they feel better. That is essential to their well-being. If they work out, they can loose weight and if they stop working out and stop burning calories, they can then gain weight which means they can slip into obesity which is something that can aid in their dying if they get covid. Sounds pretty essential. But the governor does not feel it is essential. How much money did that small gym owner give to the governor’s last election campaign? Probably not much.
Then who is essential?
How about those barber shops? Essential? Not according to the governor although he has had his hair cut, interesting. Nail shops? Nope not essential, but they are already regulated so heavily and closely watched for the solutions you soak your fingers in, to the cleaning of their tools but they are not essential. Not essential to whom? They are to that business owner but again, how much money does a governor get for election purposes from a nail shop owner? Do I sound cynical or am I seeing something? Homedepot and Lowes were essential businesses right from the start. Did you really need paint? Did you really need new boards for your fence? Big business that donate to campaigns were considered essential and most clearly, churches have not been considered essential. Churches can not donate, interesting.
Our founding Fathers considered church to be essential. During the crisis of our revolutionary war, our founders called for prayer. Benjamin Franklin called for prayer during the creation of our constitution. But you say, they weren’t doing this during a contagious disease outbreak. Well what do you do during a contagious disease outbreak? You quarantine the sick! According to our constitution we have the right to be free men and have rights given to us by our creator, not government. Our right to assemble, our right to free speech, our right to not allow the government to pass any law prohibiting the free exercise of religion.
ALL of these laws have been trampled upon during this crisis. All under the cloak of protecting us? Did the Governor of New York protect his people when he wrote an executive order MANDATING the sending of covid sick people not into quarantine but rather into elder facilities inflicting over 50% of the deaths in that state. Accident? Stupidity? Or a plan to aid in creating a crisis to accomplish that which is on display for all Americans to see; controlling American citizens.
We must protect the people!
Did you know that Hitler destroyed businesses under the cloak of "protecting people." He used a table law to remove restaurant owners. He made it a law that all square tables must be removed from restaurants and replaced with round tables for the safety of people for people might actually hurt themselves on the corner of a square table. This way small mom and pop shops who could not afford to replace all their tables over night were put out of business.
There is a group of people who want the removal of America and all of what America has stood for: Free people living under the laws of their creator, and instead the creation of a socialist utopia that is offered by the elites of the world to provide for the care of every citizen’s need provided for them by the benevolence of the government
which has NEVER been successful in any country of the world but rather that has gone after the bourgeoisie (entrepreneurs) and turned the world into a communist hell hole.

There can be no greater form of elitism than deciding that you are the individual that decides which businesses are “essential” and which are not. Are we demanding to close the gym in Ramona because there were so many cases of covid coming from his business that we had to stop the outbreak? No, NOT one case from his business but “that business is not essential.” The arrogance of the elite!!!!!!!!!
This governor has assured us that the introduction of the thousands of records now being entered in by getting rid of the “backlog” will not change the downward trend. You Mr. Governor could not assure us of that unless you knew what the test results of those records were. And you are right, the numbers are coming down, but if we are to get outraged that a “backlog” occurred, you provided an escape goat and the head responsible for the accuracy of the numbers “quit” the same weekend the “problem” was discovered. The head took one for the team and probably with a golden parachute leaving us to believe it was all an “accident.”

Do you want your creator to give you your rights, of life, liberty and pursuit (not guarantee) of happiness, or do you want elite men who believe they can make the “right” decisions for your happiness, for you to have a life they decide for you, or you to pursue what they decide what will make you happy in the utopia they create for you since they are all knowing, wise, and totally self-sacrificing, willing to give up for you even their own lives for the safety and security of your life: NOT!
Who are you going to cry out to? You are in a fox hole and the enemy is shooting? God please help? Or Governor I know you neither fear God nor man but please, do the “right” thing?
The question is right for you? Or right for him? If he believes there is only this life and what he gets here, or if he believes like John Adams when he said, “the duration of future punishment terrifies me” pertaining to his decisions as a lawmaker, then what he believes is going to be far different for you.
